Infonix Insurance is an insurance sales platform operated by licensed insurance agent Mrinal Kashyap, connecting you with 26 leading insurance companies in India. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") refers to Infonix Insurance sales platform operated by Mrinal Kashyap
• "Service" refers to the insurance intermediary and platform services provided to connect you with insurance companies
• "User" or "You" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service
• "Policy" refers to the insurance policy contract between you and the insurance company (not us)
• "Insurance Company" refers to the actual insurance provider from our network of 26 leading companies
• "Agent" refers to Mrinal Kashyap, the licensed insurance agent operating this platform

3. Use of Service

3.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date

4. Platform Services and Limitations

4.1 Our Role

Our platform provides:

• Access to quotes from 26 leading insurance companies
• Expert guidance through licensed agent Mrinal Kashyap
• Assistance with application processes
• Connection to appropriate insurance providers

4.2 Insurance Company Responsibility

The insurance companies (not Infonix) are solely responsible for:

• Policy issuance, terms, and conditions
• Underwriting decisions and risk assessment
• Claims processing, investigation, and settlement
• Premium collection and ongoing policy servicing
• All contractual obligations under issued policies

4.3 Platform Limitations

Infonix Insurance platform explicitly does NOT:

• Issue insurance policies or make underwriting decisions
• Process or settle insurance claims
• Guarantee policy approval or claim settlement
• Act as an insurer or assume insurance risks
• Have authority to modify policy terms on behalf of insurers

4.2 Premium Payments

Policy premiums must be paid:

• In full and on time as specified in the policy
• Through approved payment methods
• Before coverage becomes effective
• Continuously to maintain coverage

4.3 Policy Cancellation

Policies may be cancelled by:

• The policyholder with appropriate notice
• The Company for non-payment of premiums
• The Company for material misrepresentation
• Mutual agreement between parties

5. Claims Process

5.1 Claim Notification

Claims must be reported:

• As soon as reasonably possible after the incident
• With complete and accurate information
• Through authorized channels and methods
• With all required documentation

5.2 Claim Investigation

We reserve the right to:

• Investigate all claims thoroughly
• Request additional documentation or information

• Deny fraudulent or invalid claims
